Responsibility

  • work in compliance with EHS standards
  • environmental monitoring of laboratories
  • maintaining lab stocks including consumables and media
  • support experimental design
  • support the development of laboratory methods
  • support the development of procedures for quality control within the organisation, products and laboratory analytics
  • support the sample collection and analysis of samples during pilot plant production campaigns
  • responsible to support the fermentation science team with routine tasks and lab activities including but not restricted to autoclaving and lab housekeeping, running, and maintaining fermentation and general laboratory equipment

  • ability to manage day to day laboratory activities
  • ability to work autonomously with little supervision
