- take and process all cylinder orders from Calor Direct customers from telephone & ICT systems
- liaison and process cylinder orders from Calor distributors via telephone and ICT systems
- operate cylinder distribution and cylinder control ICT systems
- the successful candidate will provide support to the NI Cylinder Support Team Leader in all aspects of this function; maintaining customer service levels, administration systems and local depot distribution requirements in the Cylinder Customer Service Team in NI
