  • experience working for a Main Contractor or Residential Developer in a similar capacity
  • SMSTS essential/preferable
  • CSCS essential/preferable
  • first aid essential/preferable
  • the ability to manage & co-ordinate multiple sub-contractors
  • experience of working with multiple sub-contractors
  • PC Literate
  • experience with construction in house building

Responsibility

  • supplying information to resolve any on site issues
  • we are looking to recruit a Construction Manager for our new and exciting projects
  • manage direct employees and subcontract labour
  • organise direct employees and subcontract labour
  • as Construction Manager your role will encompass the overseeing of day to day running of the projects
  • manage material supply call-offs
  • works are to be completed on time, on budget and in line with Health and Safety standards
  • promote and ensure quality of sub-contract work as projects progress
