  • experience in Health and Social Care or previous employment within a residential care home would be an advantage
  • support Environment: 1 year
  • A good understanding of Microsoft products is desirable

Responsibility

  • complete the relevant records and documentation required, Individual Progress reports, incidents and activities
  • to follow personal plans and individual assessments of each young person
