  • we are currently seeking an experienced Bar Manager to lead our dedicated team and oversee daily operations
  • the Bar Supervisor will be responsible for the overall operation, growth, and profitability of the bar
  • the role involves a variety of tasks, including staff management, inventory control, customer service, and marketing
  • the successful candidate will ensure a high standard of customer service while optimising business performance
  • conduct regular inspections of the bar and work areas
  • implement and oversee strict cash-handling procedures

Requirements

  • proven experience as a Bar Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
  • excellent organisational and communication skills
  • knowledge of Point of Sale systems
  • relevant qualifications in hospitality management or similar field is desirable
