Requirements

  • CIPD Qualified
  • proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR role
  • have good generalist experience, ideally within a manufacturing environment
  • strong knowledge of employment law and regulations
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • exceptional problem solving and conflict resolution skills
  • change management experience
  • ability to manage a varied workload and prioritise tasks whilst meeting deadlines

Responsibility

  • continuously monitoring and reviewing HR policies and processes and implementing changes where necessary
  • developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with company objectives and comply with legal requirements
  • managing complex employee relations casework including disciplinary, grievance, absence management and exit interviews
