  • using clocking system downloads to process hours worked etc
  • processing pension payments & admin on the NEST system
  • using Sage HR App to manage staff holidays, sickness, training & general compliance
  • ensuring general employment admin is always up to date & complies with legislation. Eg Contracts, Job descriptions & employee handbook
  • callestick Farm Ice Cream Ltd is a leading manufacturer/supplier of dairy ice cream and sorbets to a wide range of customers in retail and food service
  • advertising & recruiting staff
  • the HR & Payroll Manager will be responsible for managing and controlling payroll, & all HR functions within the Callestick Farm business

Requirements

  • experience with Sage payroll essential
  • experience of HR management
  • self-motivated person working in a small dynamic team
