Responsibility
- ensuring that the care, welfare and safety of all residents is of the highest possible standard
- carrying out assessments and evaluations
- create person-centred care plans and update accordingly
- liaising with external governing bodies and agencies
- ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements in record keeping, documentation and health and safety
- mentoring junior member of staff
- assess, plan and implement nursing interventions; Administer medications and treatments; Provide information and support to patients, their families and the wider community; Work with patients to ensure continuity of care
- undertaking specific duties as delegated by the Home Manager
Requirements
- UK Nurses Only
- active NMC PIN or awaiting your NMC PIN
- you will be a Registered Nurse with a valid Pin number and will understand your commitment to your profession through the standards of practice set by the NMC
