- suitability of Build Costs
- monitoring of pre-commencement planning conditions and ensuring such conditions are properly met
- suitability of Build Timeline
- monitoring and signing-off facility conditions
- suitability of Build Specification
- monitoring the development covenants in Lender loan agreements
- suitability of Contractor & Associated Professional Team
Requirements
- experience in non-residential development
- university degree in either Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying or a similar construction related subject
- employer’s Agent and/or Contract Administration experience favourable
- RICS qualified, or close to sitting final assessment
- full UK Drivers Licence
- experience in residential development
- the post holder may need a DBS check due to the nature of the work involved
- good interpersonal skills, able to interact with colleagues, clients and wider team in a professional manner
