to advertise and manage ads
proactively source candidates
manage all applicants, ensuring a constant stream of applications for management consideration
to respond to all candidates successful or unsuccessful, ensuring we give a positive experience to all
telephone screen all direct candidates and arrange interviews for all suitable candidates
to manage the recruitment pool on a day-to-day basis
complete all reference checks for any potential new hires
stay up to date on recruitment practice trends and legislation, undertake reviews of current literature and inform recruiters and managers about any changes in recruitment best practice and regulations
Requirements
at least 1 year working for a recruitment and staffing agency or in People Operations Manager role
must have care experience as this role heavily involves staff training/inductions
experience in a carer role would be advantageous as this would help with staff training
experience in delivering on hard to fill vacancies within the care sector would be advantageous
innovative, creative and prepared to challenge the status quo
the drive and tenacity to achieve targets and goals, whilst maintaining the highest possible standards

lead and support a team of care staff to ensure high-quality care is provided to clients
oversee the development, implementation, and review of care plans, ensuring they are tailored to clients’ individual needs
conduct and record observations on clients’ health, well-being, and behavior, reporting any changes to healthcare professionals and management
ensure all staff follow care plans and risk assessments to provide safe and effective support
administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals and oversee medication management within the team
provide hands-on support when needed, assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
conduct team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing staff development to maintain high standards of care
complete and maintain accurate documentation, reports, and records related to client care, staff performance, and shift handovers
Requirements
own car and valid driver's license
high school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in a similar role preferred
compassionate and patient demeanor
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to follow instructions and work independently
reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes
