  • good IT skills together with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels are essential
  • pro-active and the ability to respond quickly to requests at short notice are an important part of this role
  • monday to Friday 35 Hours per week. This role is office based at our premises in Milnathort
  • caledonia Play Ltd is a family-owned business that designs, manufactures and supplies’ timber play equipment for both the private domestic market and across all public sector markets from our Kinross-shire based premises
  • we are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Administrator who will deliver an effective, efficient and highly organised administration service and support to our sales and contracts teams
  • closing date 5pm Friday 27 October 2023
  • you should have proven experience of working in a busy office, working to deadlines and using your own initiative is essential and a background in a construction related industry would be desirable
