Responsibility

  • calan Domestic Violence Service delivers expert, specialist and independent domestic violence and abuse services to individuals and families through a range of delivery methods including specialist risk and needs assessments, individually tailored support packages and group work
  • any other duties as required by your Line Manager or members of the Senior Management Team
  • to ensure Calan DVS activities are carried out in accordance with organisational strategy, legislation and best practice
  • to work in partnership with other agencies and organisations and represent Calan DVS at external meetings, public events, conferences ensuring that Calan DVS’ reputation is protected and enhanced
  • comply with data protection legislation, confidentiality and information sharing policy and procedures and all legislation connected to your work
  • ensure the maintenance of accurate recording systems utilising the Calan DVS IT systems and ensuring that database monitoring requirements are met
  • to be familiar with, work within and deliver services in accordance with all Calan DVS policies and procedures and legal and regulatory requirements
