Responsibility
- to support volunteers in developing the content needed to ensure communications are reflective of the work being undertaken
- to be the main point of contact for members of the public and other stakeholders in relation to any queries and community fundraising appeals
- ensure consistency of communication across the service as a whole to ensure all projects and activity reflect the same ethos
- regular Giving Fundraising - to collate details on regular donations and provide updates to regular community donors through fundraising updates, regular newsletters, and social media updates
- fundraising events – to organise, promote and support a variety of fundraising events throughout the year to maximise community support for our fundraising
- to evaluate all fundraising events to ensure they are producing a good return on investment for the time put into the events
- communications - to be the lead responsible person for an e-newsletter for supporters, clients, volunteers, and trustees to raise awareness of the work undertaken by Cairns Counselling
- to assist in development of marketing materials with an eye to detail and seek competitive quotes for materials needed from printers
