Responsibility
you will need to find, warm up and fully qualify leads, then hand them over to the Sales team
confident on the telephone to speak with both totally new and existing contacts
some experience of either sales, business development or customer service with demonstrable results-driven outcomes is required
good at prospecting cold leads and accurate at qualifying warm leads
be comfortable working closely with the whole team; you are the centre point between the Marketing team who work at one end of the funnel, and the Technical Sales team
where possible, also establish budget parameters
good IT skills and ideally, some experience with a CRM system
conduct thorough research on leads, engaging in proactive outreach, developing extensive knowledge of this market, and taking on other key activities to help thoughtfully and effectively qualify leads
Requirements
proficiency in English required, other languages a bonus
full training given, but computer literacy is required
have an outstanding record of sales achievement, ideally within the F&B industry
A valid driving licence
excellent communication skills both verbally and written
proven track record of hitting meeting targets
be able to work with defined KPI’s, processes and guidelines
