Responsibility

  • you will need to find, warm up and fully qualify leads, then hand them over to the Sales team
  • confident on the telephone to speak with both totally new and existing contacts
  • some experience of either sales, business development or customer service with demonstrable results-driven outcomes is required
  • good at prospecting cold leads and accurate at qualifying warm leads
  • be comfortable working closely with the whole team; you are the centre point between the Marketing team who work at one end of the funnel, and the Technical Sales team
  • where possible, also establish budget parameters
  • good IT skills and ideally, some experience with a CRM system
  • conduct thorough research on leads, engaging in proactive outreach, developing extensive knowledge of this market, and taking on other key activities to help thoughtfully and effectively qualify leads

Requirements

  • proficiency in English required, other languages a bonus
  • full training given, but computer literacy is required
  • have an outstanding record of sales achievement, ideally within the F&B industry
  • A valid driving licence
  • excellent communication skills both verbally and written
  • proven track record of hitting meeting targets
  • be able to work with defined KPI’s, processes and guidelines
