- oversee ad creation and campaign performance that achieves core business goals and impacts OKRs
- manage annual marketing budgets and monthly ad expenditure
- work with the team to generate compelling content that converts
- assist on the implementation of projects which drive long-term growth
- create a strategic plan for content strategy to provide value for our customers
- oversea the analysis and optimisation of the email list - conduct continuous segmentation, health checks, and scrubbing of the list
- oversee strategy, execution and performance of all email flows
