Responsibility
- to assist the head chef in supervision of kitchen
- ensure all food leaves the kitchen in a timely manner in the correct sequence
- maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- all work carried out in line with company's guidelines
- demonstrate excellent skills and creativity
- prepare and cook meals according to the menu and customer preferences
- depending on experience, you’d be expected to lead the pass on Head Chef’s days off
- ensure full area of responsibility is clean, appropriately presented and stocked at all times
Requirements
- sous Chef or similar role in a restaurant setting
- strong knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
- quick learner and communication skills
- ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- creativity and passion for creating delicious and visually appealing dishes
- familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food industry
