- we are looking for someone who is passionate about pastry and loves to work with a small team
- this position will be working in a fast-paced environment
- prepare custom cupcakes according to various flavors such as chocolate, strawberry, caramel, etc. using various techniques such as buttercream icing, chocolate cake frosting, etc
- prepare custom cookies using various techniques such as cookies with fondant decorations and fillings such as chocolate ganache or chocolate buttercream icing
- this person will be responsible for preparing and decorating pastries, including the making of the dough, the baking of the pastries, and the assembly of the final product
