Requirements

  • demonstrate prior experience in a similar role
  • be flexible to work midweek and / or weekends
  • be prepared to work with and be directed by the head chef
  • must have strong attention to detail to deliver high quality and consistent food quality and presentation
  • ability to work in a fast moving and high pressured environment
  • certificate in Food Hygiene Level 2 for Catering
  • applicants must be flexible to perhaps work longer / shorter hours to cover staff holidays and sickness
  • applicants must have a positive attitude and a very high standard of personal hygiene

Responsibility

  • ongoing and regular deep cleaning of the whole kitchen area and equipment
  • any other tasks as deemed by management to be commensurate with the role
