Responsibility
- producing weekly rotas for bar staff, ensuring the labour model is consistent with hitting set labour margins
- managing the team in general and holding disciplinary meetings if required
- actively interviewing and recruiting potential new members to join the team as and when required and ensuring all staff have contracts kept on file
- conducting regular stocktakes and ensuring profit margins are met with wastage kept to minimum
- ordering beverage and all necessary supplies and receiving deliveries when the club is closed
