Responsibility
- greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner
- take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen staff
- serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets our standards
- assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety guidelines
- maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations
- handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and care
- collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods
- support catering events as required, providing excellent service to guests
Requirements
- previous experience in a restaurant or catering environment is preferred but not essential
- knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards is an advantage
- strong communication skills with a focus on hospitality and customer service
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed
- bartending experience is a plus but not mandatory
- A positive attitude and willingness to help colleagues as part of a team
