  • restocking the Bar and keeping track of stock required, Supporting the kitchen with general duties when needed

  • you will be responsible for supporting with the day to day running of the Restaurant preparing the Tapas Bar for service by preparing and serving drinks, including cocktails, replenishing stock and cleaning the front of house, polishing cutlery and glasses
