Responsibility
- develop and grow high performing teams by building a strong sustainable culture of teamwork and delivery
- develop, monitor, and improve operational budget for the clinics and review and analyse to ensure that targets are achieved
- monitor key KPI’s and work with clinicians to ensure targets are achieved and grow year on year
- effectively manage the recruitment, selection, onboarding, and retention for all practice staff
- reception duties and day to day running of the practice
- being a focal point of our clinics, you are to drive a diverse and inclusive, yet inspirational, innovative, and engaging company culture with your team to consistently perform above expectations
- provide and communicate a clear clinical vision, integrating both short and long-term strategies, generating innovative ideas that support our year-on-year business growth
- create & promote high quality engaging content across digital marketing channels and company website to promote our clinic and increase patient numbers
Requirements
- commercially astute and strong business acumen
- experience of managing budgets and P&L’s
- confident leading a team of between 7 – 15 staff
- professional in dealing with diverse groups of people – Clinicians, patients, and colleagues
- ability to think on your feet and ensure that any issues that may arise are dealt with confidently and professionally to generate a positive outcome
