- sales or marketing experience within a similar role, not exclusive to the housing market, although this would be preferable
- experience in a customer facing role is essential

- A friendly and helpful telephone manner is essential

- confident in dealing a variety of people ranging from new and existing customers, our site team, Estate Agents, Solicitors to external suppliers
Responsibility
- conducting customer handovers on their completion day
- updating team on current sales in monthly management meetings
- collecting customer reviews and publishing these to socials
- answering the phone and taking messages/ transferring calls outside of Receptionists hours
- liaising with surveyors to arrange property valuations
- managing customer choices for their new property and making sure these are ordered and fitted in line with the build programme
- ordering promotional items and dealing with new potential suppliers
