Responsibility
- demonstrate care and attention to assemble the company products from component level to final build stage, as per training and manuals
- use of electronic equipment to calibrate and test products
- produce work of a high-quality standard first time, to meet company standards
- apply branding and pack products ready to hand over to logistics
- increase knowledge of all company products to maximise skills on the team matrix
- steadily increase productivity levels to meet company targets for the individual and the team
- ensure spillage is kept to the minimum and recorded if occurs
- maintain a clean and safe working environment
Requirements
- previous production experience is ideal but not essential
- A strong team player who will assist colleagues as required and ensure inter-departmental communication is fully met
- ability to listen, understand and carry out instructions and work on own initiative
- demonstrate a logical approach to work to meet daily production targets
- good hand to eye co-ordination to operate hand tools and work with care and precision
- must have a flexible approach to work, with the ability to multitask
- excellent attendance and punctuality
- respond positively to feedback regarding work quality and reworks
