Responsibility

  • coordinate all aspects of the transport department including driver relations, driving performance, paperwork, etc
  • coordinate daily driver compliance with DOT regulations
  • work with Operations manager to ensure that all drivers are on time and on safe driving practices
  • ensure that all drivers are compliant with DOT regulations
  • work with Operations manager to ensure that all drivers are paid correctly
  • work with Operations manager to ensure that all drivers are terminated properly
  • work with Operations manager to ensure that all drivers are terminated after a successful performance review
  • other duties as assigned by management
