- bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mechatronics, Digital Systems along with infrastructural studies such as modern architecture/civil engineering or similar
- ability to prioritise and diagnose digital system issues and IT operation problems
- experience in integrating various digital systems
- passionate about research and modern technologies to develop Conceptually

Responsibility
- the role will be a hybrid working with onsite visits to client sites and occasionally outside of regular hours working
- provide remote technical assistance to end-user requests
- diagnose customer issues and provide a solution in a timely manner
- work with all internal groups, including support, sales, engineering, product management, and consulting
- assisting customers with account setup and application installations
- providing customers with IT support via desktop solutions, chat functions, emails, and calls
- communicate and solve customers' problems via phone, email, live chat, and face-to-face meetings
- be ready and willing to test out software, report bugs, and stay up-to-date with latest changes
