Requirements
- experience writing and preparing quotes, work completion reports and client facing documents
- ability to demonstrate attention to detail and a focus on producing high-quality work to meet rigorous acceptance standards
- previous hands-on experience within a Marine Engineering or industrial environment, a background with submarine’s, platforms or surface ships would be advantageous
- marine environment: 5 years
- experience with a proven track record of rectifying/repairing faults, conducted planned/reactive maintenance, testing activities and the ability to carry out valve repair/maintenance, pipework repair and weld preparation would be advantageous
- you will be able to understand and read drawings and can think on your feet and problem solve with a high attention to detail and fault finding
- experience of maintenance & installation procedures, risk Assessments, method Statements, COSHH assessments and Safe Systems of Work with excellent team working and interpersonal skills
