Responsibility
- supporting the existing AWS environment to enable the core technologies to be run effectively
- working with internal and external teams to develop new platforms as well as re-developing existing solutions
- applying a critical focus to security, to ensure full compliance with GDPR and security requirements
- carrying out routine preventative maintenance tasks, system checks and regulatory duties to ensure infrastructure health
- managing the multiple platform AWS Backups and DR solutions
- managing updates and software installations, testing solutions prior to roll out
- documentation updates and change management
- providing technical support and troubleshooting to the internal users
Requirements
- 2/3 years working as Dev Ops on a production AWS environment
- AWS Certification
- VPC, Networking, routing and transit gateway
- excellent organisational and time management skills
- be able to learn quickly and work independently with minimal supervision
- experience in multi-disciplinary teams working across operations and development
- be flexible and able to change priorities at short notice
- be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
