Responsibility

  • system C is currently seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our platform and interoperability teams
  • oversee the entire software development life cycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support
  • collaborate with other engineering managers, architects, and stakeholders to develop platform and interoperability solutions that meet customer and business needs
  • own and manage all major technology investments within Healthcare and continue to evolve the technology roadmap
  • location: Edinburgh
  • in this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of BadgerNet, our Maternity and Neonatal solution that supports woman and children’s health across the country
  • system C is a leader in the healthcare technology industry, and our mission-critical software supports vital healthcare services across the UK and New Zealand
  • build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and other external stakeholders

Requirements

  • NET, C#, Java
  • proven full lifecycle experience – from initial concept design, implementation and ultimately production with a focus on platform and interoperability
  • strong understanding of software development life cycle processes, including Agile methodologies
  • 3+ years of experience leading and managing a team, including providing performance feedback, mentoring, and career development
