- c-mobile recruitment is seeking a full-time, in-office support specialist to join our team in Liverpool
- this position is responsible for providing support to our clients by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- monitor and assess children's needs, behaviors, and progress regularly

Requirements
- high school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field preferred
- relevant qualifications in child care, social work, or a related field
- previous experience working with children and young people, especially in a residential or support worker role
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- knowledge of UK laws and regulations related to child care and safeguarding
- ability to work well with others in a team environment
- strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
- ability to work well under pressure and multi-task
