Responsibility
- processing of starters and leavers to include coding notices and P45's
- payroll year end completion
- completion of wage and salary journals for accounts
- calculate and submit monthly HMRC liability
- administration of yearly pay reviews
- auto enrolment pension administration and payment through pension providers online dashboard
- full end to end payroll to include collating weekly and monthly timesheets, process payroll using Sage, producing payroll reports, payslips, BACS payments and full payment submission to HMRC
- creation and maintenance of personnel files and personnel administration
Requirements
- experience of Sage 50 payroll
- knowledge and experience of processing statutory paymetns such as SSP, SPP, SMP
- ability ot work on own initiative and also with a small professional team, and be discreet
- attention to detail and accuracy is essential
- good organisational skills and tiime management
- strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- level-headed and professional
- training will be given
