- small works estimating knowledge
- professional presentation, attention to detail and flexibility
- ability to use own initiative
- the ideal candidate will take overall control of day-day site management of employees and subcontractors
- full UK Driving license is essential
- have a good office based experience to communicate via email to our clients on updates but possess good building knowledge to manage and oversee small and large projects
