- we are a Leicester based Building Contractors predominantly carrying out refurbishment projects within Leicestershire
- we are looking for a Project/Contracts Manager to join our team
- as a family run business we pride ourselves on our personal service and our excellent standard of workmanship
- safe and effective delivery of multiple projects
- sub contractor management
- client liaison and staff management
- planning of labour and projects
- providing excellent customer service to our clients throughout the works
Requirements
- previous experience in this role is essential
- ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and cohesively as part of a team
- small works estimating knowledge
- professional presentation, attention to detail and flexibility
- ability to use own initiative
- the ideal candidate will take overall control of day-day site management of employees and subcontractors
- full UK Driving license is essential
- have a good office based experience to communicate via email to our clients on updates but possess good building knowledge to manage and oversee small and large projects
