  • manage project costs and prepare financial reports, manage budgets, completing financial records, and maintaining margins on a project-by-project basis
  • oversee multiple trades and ensure their work is completed to industry standards

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a contracts manager from construction/refurbishment background
  • strong experience in both pre-construction and construction phases
  • proven track record of overseeing multiple trades and ensuring their work is completed to industry standards
  • strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • in-depth knowledge of construction contracts
  • ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
