helping the head chef and sous chef to develop new dishes and menus
ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
due to our growing success at the Maypole we are looking to develop and add to our talented kitchen team, we are currently looking for a CDP, Senior CDP or Sous Chef
we work with fresh ingredients serving gastro pub food and everything is homemade from breads to desserts so it is a great opportunity to learn and develop
