Responsibility

  • all aspects of running a retail butchers shop from goods inwards, stock control, waste minimisation, preparation, display and sale of goods
  • maintaining all HACCP system paperwork and practical aspects to a very high standards
  • maintain financial responsibility for all expenses, wages, and asset management
  • identify operational deficiencies and implement plans for improvement
  • create and maintain a weekly report on operations and sales at the branch
  • hire and train all employees of the branch

Requirements

  • 2+ years' of management or supervisory experience
  • 5+ years of fully trained retail butchery
