- a. Co-ordinating all advertising activities including management of agencies and selected media

- presenting and developing ideas with stakeholders preparing written or visual brief as appropriate
- selecting contractors, overseeing design, productions, distribution and delivery of the literature
- c. Exhibition and event co-ordination and planning including liaising with internal stakeholders, outside agencies and suppliers
- d. Assist in the design, layout and building of stands, attending the events as for setup and breakdown as required
- e. General office duties including answering the phone, replying to general enquires and problem solving
- f. Follows all Internal authorisation processes and procedures necessary to complete all marketing activity
