- building strong comms between kitchen and FOH teams
- intermediate Food Hygiene certified
- leading and motivating your bar team
- maintaining consistency in drink quality, speed and service
- managing stock, back-bar organisation and cleanliness
- supporting hiring, onboarding and training of new team members
- working alongside the FOH and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service
- ensuring compliance with licensing and safety standards
