  • drive continuous improvement which delivers optimum performance outcomes for learners, employers and the business
  • line management responsibility for technical specialists . Providing coaching and development to enable them to perform at their best
  • perform robust quality management and evaluation to evidence impact of interventions
  • effectively scale up programme delivery post pilot stage
