educated to a minimum A level standard, preferably with a Degree with transferable skills
A willingness to study for a property management qualification is essential
AIRPM qualified, although not essential is preferable, and a willingness to study

holding and attending Annual General Meetings
drafting annual Service Charge budgets and Forward Maintenance Plans
conducting site inspections and creating site reports
common surfaces in the office are cleaned daily
dealing with Service Charge and Ground Rent collections
sourcing contractors for works and issuing invoices
handling day to day property maintenance issues reported by Leaseholders and residents, communicating with contractors as necessary
