  • we are looking for an IT Support specialist to join our team. Working as part of an international team to support a customer base of SMEs. Occasional work on site to assist with diagnostics and repairs that can’t be achieved remotely

Education

  • GCSE or equivalent

Requirements

  • strong experience in 1st/2nd line IT support
  • experience with M365, Active Directory, Azure, AD, Windows 10, Sharepoint, Teams, InTUne, Anti Virus, Microsoft Server, DNS, DHCP, WSUS etc
  • printer, Hardware, PC & iPad support experience
  • basic networking skills
  • ability to diagnose and solve hardware and software faults
  • excellent communication and customer service skills
  • attention to detail
  • responding to call outs in a timely manner
