Responsibility

  • identify and target potential clients through research and outreach activities
  • engage with business leaders through phone, email, and social media to set up meetings and present our services
  • maintain a high volume of daily outreach activity to drive leads and opportunities for the sales team
  • collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify leads, and provide support throughout the sales process
  • monitor and track sales activity and results using CRM tools
  • stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in business development

Requirements

  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • proficiency in CRM and other sales and marketing tools
  • 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • experience in the energy management industry is a plus, but not required
