- conduct Meter Operator and kVA review for all new clients
- appoint Data collector on all HH contracts and ensure data streams flow via our energy platform
- review and deliver up-selling opportunities within the designated portfolio across all service lines
- lead strategic direction/advice
- plan and agree delivery of client requirements
- update CRM with internal and external interactions
