  • the IT Operations Manager will lead a high-performing team that ensures the reliable and efficient operation of Business Stream's IT systems
  • about you

  • you will support business operations while also maintaining cyber security and driving continual development of the technological environment and IT service management processes
  • you will be in charge of managing day-to-day IT operations, monitoring systems for abnormal behaviour, and providing technical solutions to quickly restore normal system operation, as well as playing a critical role in enabling Business Stream to effectively leverage technology and achieve its strategic objectives
  • you will supervise, mentor, and coach the IT Helpdesk, operations, and support analysts, as well as give technical leadership to all Business Stream colleagues
  • you will be an experienced leader who has previous experience of mentoring, coaching and providing knowledge transfer to colleagues
