the Third Party Administrator in our Credit Management team is responsible for handling the entire debt recovery process, which includes the Disconnection, DCA, Legal, and Liquidation tasks, as well as ensuring compliance with Business Stream's credit management processes and standards
you will be in charge of a portfolio of customer accounts that have been sent to external parties for Disconnection, DCA, or Liquidation activities
you will prepare for and lead review meetings on a weekly, fortnightly, monthly, or quarterly basis to improve supplier performance and identify process improvements , supporting in all aspects of Business Stream's processes and policies to reduce risk and cost to serve
