  • someone with previous IT Service Desk Experience
  • well organised & able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • complexity; Performs a range of varied work activities in a variety of structured environments. Contributes to routine problem resolution
  • excellent customer & communication skills at all levels
  • business Skills; Understands and uses appropriate methods, tools, and applications
  • demonstrates a rational and organised approach to work
  • experience in using remote support tools. (Remote Management and Monitoring

Responsibility

  • to make a positive contribution to update and maintain Service Desk documentation including knowledgebase
  • liaising with third party suppliers where necessary, logging tickets as required and acting as a central point of contact
  • any other duties required from time to time as requested by your line Manager or the Board
