Responsibility

  • to be the first point of contact for B2B client queries and requests
  • we're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced professional Client Services Manager who'll be responsible for supporting the team and managing a portfolio of corporate B2B clients
  • provide administrative services in relation to the on-boarding and due diligence compilation process for new clients
  • manage client expectations and nurture relationships to increase the potential for repeat business and referrals
  • work collaboratively with the business, to ensure services are consistent with our attention to detail approach
  • support the Business Development Director to manage a portfolio of corporate clients while also working with the day-to-day activities of the team to include timely processing of meetings, internal procedural deadlines and client expectations
  • ensure high quality client service levels by delivering on client expectations to ensure they are delivered effectively, to a high standard and meet deadlines
  • prepare for and conduct client meetings, attendance at those client meetings, produce minutes and update the CRM, manage the output and requirements of such meetings and any other administration duties requested

Requirements

  • you have at least four years' industry experience
  • you must have B2B client experience
  • client focused with an ability to listen and understand clients' needs and consistently exceed their expectations
  • excellent and confident communication skills and experience of dealing with clients
  • display a positive attitude to work and clients
  • have Microsoft, preferably Outlook and Calendars experience
  • zoom Host role and Teams Organiser role management experience
  • client Services: 4 years
