Responsibility

  • candidate Sourcing: Utilise various recruitment channels to identify and attract potential candidates for logistics and warehousing roles
  • screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and suitability for positions
  • client Liaison: Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs, and ensuring timely delivery of qualified candidates
  • job Postings: Create compelling job advertisements and post them on various job boards and social media platforms
  • database Management: Update and maintain the candidate database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including necessary paperwork and training
