- making direct contact with potential clients
- making follow up calls to potential clients
- acting as a point of contact between potential clients and the Centre
- understanding the clients’ requirements and closing the sale
- gathering market and customer information to target ongoing activities
- responding to client queries and resolving these to ensure sign up of the client
- advising the Centre on improvements to include in service developments and discussing special promotions
Requirements
- market knowledge and understanding of how to gain and develop this in specific sectors
- understanding of the sales process and how to manage this
- experience of using CRM systems
- track record of delivering excellent customer service
- driving sales
- experience of managing the sales process and improving this
- experience of business to customer sales
- sales reporting and providing Statistical analysis
