Responsibility
- plan and deliver the marketing strategy for Burton Waters Boat Sales utilising owned, paid and earned media channels
- work closely with all teams to generate high quality, engaging content for website, blogs, videos and social media channels
- build strong relationships with local media and national industry media contacts to increase the company’s share of voice
- conduct regular market, customer and competitor research and present findings to the management
- manage and report on all PPC advertising including Google Ads
- set marketing campaigns’ KPIs and report on ROI
- communicate company’s vision and plans internally and externally
- attend company events and networking conferences
Requirements
- marketing degree or equivalent – essential
- CIM qualified - desirable
- strategic marketing experience – min 3 years
- excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to collaborate and build relationships internally and externally
- exceptional written skills, with a creative flair for producing engaging, interesting copy
- creative approach to finding solutions to new challenges
- public relations champion, skilled in tracking and reporting on coverage of press releases and media opportunities
- sound understanding of the principles of search engine optimisation and a successful record of utilising SEO marketing to reach target audiences
