- burton Roofing Merchants is a national UK roofing materials distributor
- we are currently seeking an Office Sales Manager to join the team at our Oswestry Branch
- as the Office Sales Manager you will assist in the attainment of monthly and annual sales targets for the branch
- we have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join us, and become a part of our fast paced, rapidly growing Company
- you will work to agreed KPI targets to ensure results in terms of sales and margin
- you will also be expected to be comfortable with gathering information from customers in relation to retention and feedback

Requirements
- effectively manage existing accounts to achieve maximum business
- open new accounts and ensure that they develop profitably
- ensure orders are input onto the system in an accurate and timely manner
- make proactive sales telephone calls to lapsed accounts and potential new business
- maximise add-on sales
- work on the trade counter as required, maintaining a high standard of service at all times and ensuring customer satisfaction
- maintain a clean and safe working environment
- any other reasonable duties within the individual’s capabilities
