- develop creative briefs and guide creative direction for all branding, advertising and client communications, including print, digital, and video assets
- test, learn and recommend activity across new channels for customer acquisition
- website design, development, and SEO
- work with external marketing agencies to ensure marketing campaigns and projects come to fruition
- sales team marketing support such as collateral, engagement, corporate partner marketing best practice
- manage all digital marketing platforms, including websites, email marketing and social media channels
- the customer journey and messaging at every touchpoint to ensure consistency from point of enquiry and improve key metrics such as retention and conversion to becoming a customer
- getting the very best from external creative agencies
- develop and work with Senior Executives to set the annual marketing strategy by establishing positioning, identifying target audiences, and developing marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
- manage and continuously improve usability, design, SEO, content and conversion of the business websites
- communications with stakeholders at all levels
- create and deliver multichannel campaigns across the prospect and client lifecycle to increase brand awareness, generate leads or support retention, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels
- write and deliver all external marketing communications, including press releases, blog articles, client communications and social media content
- support and manage internal communications with HR
- managing the day-to-day running of all marketing activity and the marketing team
- prepare and present monthly, quarterly and annual reports to Senior Executives
- represent the marketing team in weekly, monthly and quarterly management meetings
- line manages colleagues in the Email Marketing function: monitor performance against KPIs, conduct performance reporting, staff development, and act as a coach and mentor
- seek out and implement opportunities to collaborate with other Marketing colleagues to implement multichannel campaigns
